If your megaphone does not work and is no longer covered by the original Product Warranty, please call us at 1-800-691-5540. Let us know the problem. If it can be fixed, we will notify you of the cost (usually around $35.00 including parts, labor and shipping). Repairs take approximately 2 to 3 weeks including round trip shipping.
